I purchased a jacket from Clothmosa after seeing it in Facebook ad. They sent me something totally different- a flimsy light weight jacket and were not willing to refund me the full amount of what I paid. Their response to my email was, "We did made a mistake when pack up the packages and we will contact with the manufacturer and tell them to improve this issue as soon as possible.

Could we offer a partial refund 30% for the wrong items to you as our sincere apology and keep them?".

As I waited for my jacket to arrive, I noticed that on their Facebook page and ads, they deleted comments people left, and I was never able to see what other customers thought about their purchase experience with Clothmosa. It would always say for example, "9 comments" and when I would click to read them, nothing would be there. This is a major red flag. I would guess that the deleted comments were expressing the fact that people had been scammed by this company.
