Found site on Facebook called Clothing Boutique (Looked to be part of Penny's) Placed order for 6 items really cheap from China on April 8... Order confirmed by email with order #LCCTHREE1218. Another email gave me a tracking # DYJCN1021822352CN.

on May 1, a reply to my missing mechandise email was retirned from [email protected] explaining time delay and suggested I try their 17TRACK all-in-one-package tracking. (www.track718.us/en or https//www.usps.com) Post office does not recognize this as any tracking number they know of .

Webpage looked like a reputable JCPenney clearance store. Not receiving items ordered but other items instead. I ordered 4 pair of sandals and so far I have received an adjustable ring and some sort of scarf. When I put their contact email in to contact them I get a bunch of scam tracker websites. No other contact info given in email confirming purchase.
