I also called the phone number 201-904-4308, which is listed on the closter-locksmith business website to replace a front door lock. I thought I was contacting the locksmith right next to Heidenburg Plaza which is at 257 Closter Dock Rd. in Closter. The repairman charged me $624.00 and since this call was late in the day, and happened without warning to my front door lock, we had to get it fixed ASAP. The installation was not done properly with the cover surrounding the new lock was loose, and thus compromising the lock itself. I've called 5 times for him to repair the lock to no avail. Also, the address on his website: 252 Closterdock Road is that of a hair salon next to CVS. This is a scam, and I am taking immediate action.

I called the phone number listed on the closter-lockmith.business.site website, which is 201 904 4308. I said i wanted to replace a front door lock. The person who answered the phone contacted the locksmith to call us. The locksmith called us from his mobile number, which is 201 529 0509. When he came to our house we showed him the front door lock. He said it was a very good older lock, would be expensive to replace, around $700, but he would need to see if he had the right parts in his car. I said, "Can I get an estimate first?" and he said, "Of course." When he came back from the car I thought he was checking if his parts would fit, but when I looked, he was already replacing the existing lock with his lock. The installation was poorly done. Afterwards for payment he took my debit card and driver's license into his car to process, and returned the cards to me. He gave me a receipt that had no company name nor his name on it (see attached) I later called him and he emailed me an invoice from his company (see attached) I covered my personal information, but just wanted to point out that under my personal information and phone number there is an unfamiliar email address *******@ynet.com This has nothing to do with me. I do not want to investigate it myself, but it may be a clue for you. The telephone number 201 371 6779 goes to an office that had my data as a customer of the above locksmith.
