on 1/21/2020 i purchased a curio cabined and never received it. called clockway and e-mailed several times. always got an excuse but it will be there soon. asked for a refund and got nothing. this last monday i called and got no answer so i e-mailed and found the website was down. i then called the parent company "gift theory" at 805-410-8160 and it has been busy 24/7 since then. made a police report and found several similar complaints on google - bad news !!!
