I had to cancel card ,they would return money. Big tip off and dont fo what they said they would do. Returned sent letter. 6 months later wouldn't accept it

I receive a package in the mail on May 20 with a watch inside that I did not order. The watch is a very cheap item. Inside the envelope was a paper with tiny printing on it indicating I had ordered the watch on May 16 and with an order number. I did a Google search and found the website leads to a company called Clock Chic. I then ran a search for that and found a ScamPulse.com site in California with a ton of complaints about this company. Apparently the company has an offer for a “free” watch if you pay for S&H, then charges the bank account for over $100 if the watch is not returned within 14 days. It also apparently charges a monthly “subscription fee.” I did not order anything from this company, I did not order anything at all on Sunday, May 16. I wanted to file this complaint and alert others to this scam. I will be watching for any unauthorized charges on my accounts. Since this company apparently was HQ’d in California and is now working out of Florida, I thought the local ScamPulse.com should be aware. At this point, I have not been billed by the company, but I will update this complaint if that changes.

A large Drug store/Pharmacy (Walgreens)chain requested to take a survey n pick a free gift after completing survey. Clock chic was the free gift company, a watch for paying shipping fee of $4.95. 2 weeks later, no watch. I called company, they said on the way. Today i had a charge on my account for $108.40. Company will not refund money, said it was past return date, when I had not even received watch. And they added a monthly subscription, which I knew nothing about. Sending an item every month that they charge for. Really? I did not authorized any of these charges or subscription
