CLL Home Improvements owned by Cornell Livingston is a scammer, pure fraud, and a thief. He claims to do good work, shows you pictures, provides an estimate and then requests a deposit. May even sign an agreement. He takes the deposit and never shows up to conduct any work and if your lucky will make small repayments. He constantly makes excuses why he can't come out or why he can't repay you (son in an accident, mother ill, court with wife, kidney stones, personal issues, homeless). He never purchased any of the items to start the work, no receipts, no return of products, nothing but lies. He does not think he is stealing as long as he pays you back...yet he doesn't pay you back. He avoids you, promises to repay you, set's up appointments but misses them, won't answer his phone, tells people he's making payments, tells you to file a civil claim, and states there is nothing you can do to him.
