Coupon did not automatically discount & did not activate at all. I emailed this business requesting assistance, their responding email stated: "Please send us the promo code & we'll be happy to assist you".
I again sent them detailed email providing everything as I did above, emphasizing "DEAL ACTIVATED NO COUPON CODE REQUIRED" & I got the exact same response "Please send us the promo code & we'll be happy to assist you". Again, I sent another email & another email & continued to get the same response asking for the promo code! Obviously, they have no intention of honoring their own coupon that was created by them!
AND THE COUPON IS STILL THERE AT THIS VERY SAME WEBSITE! AND IT STILL DOESN'T WORK! Obviously, the fact that this coupon is still there, even after they were repeatedly notified coupon was not automatically activating, & the fact they purposely sent bogus emails in response to multiple requests for assistance & the fact they are deliberately not honoring there own coupon proves this business is conducting fraud upon consumers & they should be fined or in my opinion be forced to close. Thank You for your time.
