This company contacts you by messaging to identify if this you based on your phone number, they will offer you a job that seemed legit with a link to a very basic website. They will ask to download a app for Messaging called Signal. They will interview you through this app and will hire you. Then they will say we will send you money to buy your in home office equipment, but you have to buy it from a vendor and send them money. Big red flag, I called the company on which the check was coming from and of course they don’t have anything to do with them.
