Cliff vmir is a scam artist . He uses his platform to steal people money . I purchased to vendor list and the it took him forever to send the list I literally had to beg for it . When i finally receive the list the vendors are not what he promoted . The hair was terrible. A waste of 150$

I purchased 3 bundles of Brazilian Hair and 1 lace closure from Cliff Vmir via his website on January 6, 2020. The purchase price was $314.95 I used my Chase Visa Card to process this transaction. On 6/13/2020 I received an email stating my order was canceled and would be refunded within 90 days depending on banking institution. I've filed numerous disputes with my bank and even reached out to ScamPulse.com previously with no luck. To this day I still haven't received product or refund so I've filing a scam complaint to resolve this issue which is very stressful.

April 25, 2020 I purchased a wholesale hair vendor list from Cliff through Instagram I direct messaged him I paid my money through zelle And he sent me a list of vendors None of them replied to me some of the emails he sent came back none of them replied to me some of the emails he sent came back And the websites were for wig maker’s he advertised for Full lace wigs and the websites were for wig makers he advertised for lace wigs Vendors this was a scam I paid for the it’s level package which was 200$ he was saying that people can make money during this pandemic he is just taking people‘s hard earned money he is a fraud

On Saturday February 29, 2020 I purchased a Wholesale Hair Vendor List from Cliff Vmir through Instagram Direct Message. I sent my money through Apple Pay but never received any physical or digital product and no communication after I asked for updates. I noticed Cliff posted that he had a sale of 50% off of his $199 vendor list. He told me the sale was still going on and told me I can send him the $100 through Apple Pay using the following number. After I sent my money he basically never responded to me or sent me the product I paid for. Before I made my purchase I trusted him since he had a show on BET by the name of WigOut. He is also verified by Instagram and has almost a million followers. I have a lot more pictures of when the money was sent and communication went silent.
