Steven Smith stated to my Family member that they would return with the other half of their asphalt within a few days. Steven dropped one load of asphalt , spreading it & only half completing my family’s driveway. Driveway didn’t go to main road like stated in contract, also Steven left deep holes in the asphalt that he did lay in the driveway causing water to sit in several spots in their driveway. Also left the driveway with several bumpy issues, with that being said my family’s driveway is not flat as it should be. He has not refunded any money to my family and has also breeches contract. He gave them a 90 day warranty but with work only being half done! My family has tried contacting him several times to come back with the second load of asphalt and finish the work he started and was paid in full for. He has blocked them and left them hopeless and thinking that they have lost out on an original $5000 dollar job! He stated he is a man of his word but yet only contacted my family to ask them to remove a facebook post that my family had put up to warn others about how he is untrustworthy and his work is not up to par like he stated it was. It has been Months and Steven has still not showed back up to finish and fix the issues he has caused.
