Getting calls and voicemails everyday from different numbers for the same thing.

I just checked my bank account and had a charge from this company. My charges wasn't as large as the others, but I have already talked to these people (1 /12 months ago when this started) and told them that I didn't want to see another charge from them on my account. Now I'm getting charged again without authorizing it. How do we stop them?

I have been dealing with client connect since last august. I miss read the advertisement. As soon as I realized I had I emailed them and told them what had happen and they said it had already been shipped. So when I received the product I put return to sender on it. I called to see if they had received it and they said yes so I asked for my $225 back they told me since I didn't go thru proper channels that I would have to ask for a forgiveness. I did and they approved. I received an email telling me it had been approved and to expect a refund in 5 to 10 days. Never did get a refund. Kept being told that refund departments system was down I got that excuse till March or April 3021 now they tell me my refund check has been cut but not sent out yet. I have asked nicely for them to please send it and nothing. What do I do?

Adding to my last complaint... I got thru to customer care and they told me the order shipped and there was nothing they could do. Just try it and return the unused portion for a refund. How can it be shipped if it is still pending on my account. I told them I wanted my money back. They were not authorized for $239.00. I am beyond upset here. What do I do?

Same situation...I ordered 1 bottle of Keto 1500 advanced. I checked my disability card this morning and saw that $239.00 was charged to my account. Forty dollars turned into $240...how does this happen. I want my money back. SCAM SCAM SCAM

I have the same experience.I ordered one bottle, was charged $239.82. I called and was told that I could not return the bottles sent until May 24th with a return label. If I sent them any earlier, the package would go to the ware house and I would not get any credit. I called again yesterday as my bank wants me to talk to them. I was told that they had a long waiting list and to press a number and they would call me back. Well that was at 12:20 PM and by the time I went to bed I had NO call. I just called again at 11:00 AM today and was told to call back during business hours. RIGHT! I keep calling. What a scam! I have the bottles, but I don’t want them. What to do?

Ordered 1 bottle of CBD Gummies. on line. Saw the charge for $225 on my credit card. I immediately called to cancel th order within 15 minutes of ordering and was told I could not cancel (even though the goods were not sent until several days later. Upon receipt, I returned them unopened. I was told I didn't get a number for the return, I didn't follow their return policy. They admitted that they did receive the goods back.

Still they will not send reimbursement for goods.

Definitely a scam.

We ordered one bottle of CBD Gummies for $46. Our checking account has been charged for $239.82! Trying to get a hold of customer service and am currently number 65 in the queue to be assisted. Definitely a scam! I an 80 year old Pensioner. This definitely doesn't fit into my budget. My phone : 1-613-692-8581

I am a victim of ID Theft, there has been $ 264.95 taken out of my account for something called
becoming amazing I have filed a police report because I have been in the hospital sense 11/08/19 and I was released to day the dates that this took place was 05/05/20 Please refund the full amount and please do it quickly I'm on disability so I can't wait long for my money to be returned.

Email came in from a friend thru anther email behind it from someone I don't know. Ordered CBD gummie to try ordered 2 bottles yesterday. Called to cancel and they they count not as the process has been started. Also my order per Stacy is for 6 bottles at @ $39.99 each. Also I cannot return until July 20 and a charge of $8.99 per bottle. after talking to my friend, she never heard of them somehow they got into her contacts. This is a terrible scam.
