Ordered a ring over 3 months ago and the money was taken and never received the ring and they quit responding to my emails

Ordered a ring on 1/26/2020 and received confirmation of order. On 2/2/2020 received shipping notice. My purchase did finally arrive on 3/19/2020 but one of the stones is missing from the ring. I have emailed but received no response. I wish I had found this information about their poor customer service before I ordered. I laid through PayPal so I will be exploring options of recourse through them.

I ordered a ring 2/6/20 and on 3/14/20 I received a fork and spoon! What the heck... after 3 attempts of contact, no response was ever offered. After the fact of purchase, I found warnings and negative responses all over the internet about Clever Clad... WARNING>>> STAY AWAY!

I placed an order in October of last year. The order has never arrived and I’ve had no response from this ‘company’. Please don’t fall for their scams like I did.

On December 22 I ordered 2 rings from them, never received them. They even sent shipping info and a bogus tracking number. I contacted them and they did confirm my order and asked to give them another week. No rings. Now I'll tell my bank and let them investigate it and they can contact the right authority.

I purchased a ring, that was advertised on Facebook - $9.95. I received an order confirmation email, and then a week or so later, a shipping confirmation email. That was 6 weeks ago and I haven't received anything. They don't respond to email requests for an update on my order, or for a refund. I didn't see all the bad reviews or I wouldn't have ordered from them. Scam.

Ordered a ring from them, just finally got it and it's the wrong color. I order silver - I got gold. Then I discovered a stone was missing from the setting. Talk about a scam company, this one is number 1 in scams. And I've yet to hear back from them!

I seen this ring on Facebook from cleverclad so I liked it and clicked on it , the total was only shipping and handling I was like ok let me try this out I like this ring. It's been over 2 weeks I haven't received anything and I sent emails to them and no response back. So I decided to look up the reviews and I find that other people have the same problem with them, what do we do now, we just lose our money.

Never received my order. All I got was an email stating that it shipped. Cannot track the order. They say that the App called 'Arrive' you can track it but when I tried it stated that CleverClad did not supply them with shipping info. I feel robbed ?
