I'm 81 years old. I had a back procedure at the Cleveland Clinic on Wednesday 12.11.19. On Friday morning, I received a call from Tina. She said she was my doctor's nurse. She went on to ask about pain medication. I said no, I don't want it. She replied that my social security number was not on my chart. Then she asked me for my social security number, adn I gave it to her. Then she said "Thank you, I'll call you back later" and hung up. I called the Cleveland Clinic and they said they don't ask patients for their social security numbers over the phone and they said they would look into it.
