Bought three "quilts" on November 9th. They sent a tracking number throught text message on November 13th and it doesnt work. Phone number doesnt work and they never emailed back. I emailed a 4th time got a response back from a diffrent company (website) called Lady Mantle. I have read a coupl of articles from about facebook quilt scams, here is another "company" that is scaming people. They are going after people on facebook and hooking them with things they like. They got me with lilo and stitch, I'm interested how they are using facebooks algorithm to send these adds out to people and hoe Facebook hasnt caught on to them. Im currently trying to get my credit card company to reverse the charges which are under another companies name called BlueWhale.Here is a pic with todays date showing the tracking

I seen a blanket advertised on Facebook and decided to check it out. the reviews on the website looked good so I ordered it. I did recieve a email when ordered and then when supposedly shipped. Shipping came from China. I ordered the blanket 11/25/18 and it shipped 11/27/18. it said it would take 10-19 working days. I have tried to contact them via email but no response. I did search them afterwards on Facebook and there are many people that are having the same problem as me. Please try and get these people taken care of before others get scammed. especially around the holiday season.

Ordered product (quilt) online on 11/16, received confirmation and thanks for order text. 10 days later got shipment notification text. It is now 12/19 and still no product. No phone number on website, so emailed their support... twice before getting automated response saying ordered are behind.
