I was given their name and phone number by a co-worker who deals with them, to see if I could purchase hay for my horses also. They stated no, but gave me the name of another person who they recommended. The person they recommended, named Dennis Thiel from Crandon WI, insisted on cash payment, brought me moldy hay, which I had checked by the UW Extension office in Merrill WI because after I started opening up the bales over the following 2 days, I noticed mold. Because of their referral, I am now out the hay and the cash I paid him. Had they not recommended him, I would not be dealing with this problem which began in July 2019 and is still not resolved. I am still out approximately 100 bales of hay and/or $500, and the farmer will not even return my phone calls. So I believe this is fraud.
