I found a craiglist ad for a studio in capitol hill, a popular neighborhood in Seattle listing identical information to a previous zillow ad. Unfortunately I did not cross reference the photos sent from the poster in google until after I provided my personal information. https://clearresortrentals.com/about.html shows that the names match the contacts that reached out to me although they are using personal emails and an email that does not match the email listed on their webpage. They asked me to send the deposit and first months rent prior to viewing the apartment. Please feel free to reach out to me for additional details.
