This person is on Instagram pretending to be a Binary Options Broker. There are a team of them (unless the person is posing as more than one person). He asks you to send $1k either through a bitcoin atm, or money gram. If you send it through money gram, you are asked to send it to a women name Sandra Kerrigan in Hattiesberg MS. Once they get your "investment" they will then pretend to fund your live trading account. You'll see your investment go up over night and day by day. They'll have you sign a fake contract saying you will pay 30% of your profit to your account manager for trading for you. They don't allow you to deduct the 30% from your profit, you have to pay the 30% upfront. When you tell them you don't have 30%, they'll tell you to pay 10% to the sites "admin" and then you pay your account manager 20% after you withdraw. I did not send more money but I did unfortunately lose what I sent initially as they refused to give me back my money.
