This particular scam came across as an advertisement through a game app. It showed as a company that sold excess/discontinued goods from Macy's. I ordered the minimum amount for "free shipping" which was $40. I received emails one for order confirmation and one to track my package through ******************************. After about 3 weeks of checking occasionally the status of my package I signed on just to be told that my tracking number was invalid. I then contacted the company with my concern about the tracking number being invalid, I received a response within 48 hours with a link I could click on being told my package was sent. When clicking on the link it showed it was going through customs in the Port of Los Angeles. I waited about a week to check the status again and it stated it had been delivered in/at the mailbox 2 days ago I went to my mailbox to see if maybe they put the package behind our brick wall and also went as far as to ask my surrounding neighbors if they received a package addressed to me and to no avail nothing. I have since replied to the last email I got from this "company" asking for a refund or reshipment of the items I ordered and have not received any correspondence in return.
