1. Rec'd email survey offering free "gift" if I completed and sent in the survey - which I did. 2.Upon completion was given a choice of "gifts" and I selected "Clear Buds" BUT I would have to pay for shipping which was scam number 1. The shipping cost was $9.99 for a small cardboard box weighing a few ounces. THERE WAS NOTHING IN THE SHIPPING ENVELOPE WHATSOEVER EXCEPT A SMALL BOX CONTAINING THE CLEAR BUDS REC'D ABOUT A WEEK LATER. I put the unopened box in a desk drawer where it remains. 2. On Mar 4th I received a notice from the seller which stated words to the effect that the "trial" period had expired and I was to be billed an additional $44.92. I immediately replied in writing that I did not order the item from them or anyone else and to not bill me accordingly. (At that point I had not connected my "free" gift and this package as the same item.) 3.However they extracted the $44.92 from my bank account anyway. 4. I contacted them by phone today (3/6) and tried to return the item and they stated there is a $19 restocking fee!!! What a scam!!!!!!!
