I saw the ad on Facebook. I clicked the link to see the items that were on sale. The ad clearly stated that it was Chico's. I placed a small order amounting to $22.07. I paid with my debit card. After 30 days I reached out to their customer service and inquired about my order. They said that it was delivered. I let them know that it was not delivered. They offered me a reshipment which I agreed to. After another 30+ days, the tracking website today showed that the package was delivered. Again, it was not. I emailed them back today and informed them that I would be reporting them to the BBB, Facebook, and Chico's. They are clearly not affiliated with the Chico's brand. I would love to attach a file however when I do that the "Next" button does NOT work.
