I was searching the internet for Dental Veneers and came across an Online Add that seemed to have the product I was searching for, the supporting video and information appeared to trustworthy. Although I am always leery of online purchases I decided to make the purchase of the Dental Veneers based on the quality of the supporting customer videos.

The first indication of something not quite right was the length of time to receive the product, I placed my order on April 19-2021 received the item on May 18-221 nearly a full month. They advertise to be located in California, USA

The second indication of something not quite right was the Tracking Number which indicated an Origination Point in CHINA!!!!!!

When the item FINALLY ARRIVED upon trying the veneers they are TOTAL JUNK,you can find these garbage teeth in any Halloween Costume display. A total misrepresentation from the Online Ad.

I tried emailing this company requesting a Return Authorization (Several Times) which went completely Un-Answered.

I did a Google-Map search on the address 900 West Lake Blvd Las Angeles, CA only to be brought to a Desert Road in the middle of NOWHERE, CA

At this point I accepted the fact that I was "ONLINE SCAMMED" , so I decided to use their "Contact Us" link on their website to let them know how I felt about their devious and seemingly criminal tactics.

Using the Contact Us feature I began my text to them, I was on approximately line three when my computer went haywire and began to scroll the letter "e" across the message block, I tried everything I knew to stop it but nothing worked, I finally just disconnected the power cord from the back of my computer and prayed I had not infected my system with some horrible virus.

Thankfully my computer is ok, so BE WARNED these folks are the worst...the product is JUNK of the highest order and you will not hear from them if you try to resolve any issues, which are pretty much a guaranteed to occur.

Look at the red flags before purchasing:
1. Phone number is missing a digit. Fake phone number. BIG RED FLAG.
2. They will not respond to emails inquiring about the product. If they will not respond to possible future customers, they will not respond to unhappy customers.
3. The before and after pictures are stock photos, ALL of which I have seen on other sites.

On 6-1-20 I purchedshed on line from this company a set of teeth veeners, there on line website stated that this product that I was purchasing from this company was made in the U.S.A I finally got a tracking number from this company in 6-8-20 and the tracking number stated my order was all the way in China so that's fause advertising, I tried to call this companies 1800 number that they have on there website and its noun working, I've tried to email them now on several occasions trying to find out where my order is, I still yet have not had no response to my emails on there end, I spent 50 dollars on this product and was suppose to get my order 2 days ago and still have not got my order yet, I'm so upset and disappoint with this company, I want this hopefully resolved by either them sending me the product I payed my 50.00 dollars for or my money back

I ordered their product online in 4/7/20. I tried to track my order with tracking info they emailed to me and the tracking service is fake. Their phone number us incomplete and they have not replied to multiple emails.

I want my money back.
