I ordered this product and my card was denied (later finding out it was due to a possible scam. I used another card and was charged $198.78. I called for a refund and couldn't understand the person. I told him I wanted my money back and absolutely no other orders. A few days later I get an email my order has shipped. I refused the package and it has been returned. They refuse to give me a credit.

Facebook linked to Clear Tag Skin Serum, claimed company was founded by 2 ladies, funded by impressed investors, product worked amazingly. I thought I selected the serum at $39.xx. I was told I could review the order but there was no review, just a jump to having purchased. I received an email saying Clear Tag Skin Serum cost $198.78 and I had also purchased Clear Tag Skin Moisturizer for $59.99. They charged me $258.77 total. I checked my credit card account and there are TWO different charges from Relief7*CN5: one charge for $198.78 and another for $59.99. I replied to their email saying cancel the order. I looked back at their sales pitch and read the product would take 2 to 3 days to ship. So I repeatedly called their number which hung up several times. Finally the call went thru. A foreign sounding Alice said the order could not be canceled as it had already been processed and shipped. I wasn't pleasant I am sure. I said this was a scam, could not have been shipped as it had only been a few hours, reminded her their spiel said 2-3 days to ship, said I was disputing the charge, asked repeatedly to speak to her supervisor. I was on the phone forever with Alice, finally was connected to a "supervisor". This person was even worse. Now demanding I have a conference call including my credit card company to say I was NOT disputing the charge. Then I would have to go thru numerous hoops to return the merchandise where I paid re-stocking charges and shipping charges. I demanded information on ScamPulse.com rating and was told yes the company was listed with the BBB. I asked for company info and was refused any. I asked which BBB. Was told Nevada. Finally Las Vegas was offered. The staff at Clear Tag were totally dishonest. There is no address listed on their email. There is one phone number that often does not go through.

FaceBook link that professed a tag clearing product for 39.99. Did not complete order as there was no order total provided. Got charged for 5 serums in one charge. And 1 moisturizer in another charge. Didn’t place order. Found email in junk mail. Sent cancellation notice. They sent response 3 days later they wanted to give a discount. I said I didn’t authorized and cancel all. Today they said they can’t cancel. Found no website on link.
