I thought I was purchasing two pairs of discounted On Cloud running shoes. The ads were running on Facebook and Instagram. I placed my order on 6/13/23. I received a confirmation e-mail of my purchase and subsequently an e-mail with a shipping tracking number. I received a package on 6/30/23. It was a cheaply made plastic stand for a cell phone. I compared the tracking number of this random package and realized I had been scammed. I e-mailed using the support e-mail and was asked for my order number. I provided the information requested and have not heard from them since.
