I was contacted by Clear Rate Communications and misled that I needed to change my billing service for Century Link. I was told that my rates would be lower now that Century Link was required to have outside companies collect the billing and that my service would continue as is at a lower rate. This turned out to be untrue. My internet speed was to be cut in half and my phone line would no longer have a dial tone. This would be extremely disastrous for my business.
