Cedric Chen from Clear Meadow Brokers contacted us as our broker for the sale of our Timeshare. The agreement document looks official and they asked to pay $2,100 in closing cost. We did not pay only because the buyer, Travel Dream Vacation, changed it as a broker with PAH Holdings that we believe is a scam.

I have the document but it contains personal information that I don't want to upload.
