The initial call came through on a Georgia number. I was transferred around multiple times. Each time, the caller asked for PII to include birth date, name, and zip code (I do not give out real PII). The claim was that they were going to offer additional Medicare A and B benefits. When I finally reached a "provider", he claimed he worked for Clearlink Insurance. I asked if there was a website, and I was kicked from the call.
This is clearly a scam. These cold calls plague my phone. No amount of "do not call" listing stops them. Blocking numbers is not effective because the calls will spoof different numbers almost every time. Be aware. Don't fall for these scammers.
