Was called by someone that said they were going to help lower my interest on my credit cards. Called identified himself as Brian and gave his EE #, I asked to speak with someone else that would be easy to understand and he identified himself as Jeff and gave his EE #. They wanted to personal info, I did not give it and told him I would call him back at the number provided. When I called him back and there was no answer and another # had already been disconnected.
