I switched phone service over to Metro PCS by T- Mobile and the end of the service I was asked to take a customer questionnaire on the employee customer service, that I will later receive through a text message. I opened the text message and the questions and then was offered a device. The page was closed, and 1 minute later I had a notification of a charge from buyclearcrystalshield.com and another attempted charge 5 days later.
