I went online searching for available disinfectant supplies and no luck with everything being out of stock is a bit frustrating. Anyways I found supplies and took me to this website cleanyos.com it was too good to be true but I figured why would anyone use these supplies to scam people well it happened to me I got scammed. My total came out to $52 but, on my bank account it deducted $60 which was strange to me but, didn’t think nothing of it. Couple days pass and I’m emailing this business and asking what’s going on with my order it’s been showing pending since 7/10/2020 I checked the website again on 7/20/2020 the website is no longer there I send another email and it gets returned back to me that the email is not valid.

Ordered $53 of Lysol *very hard to find* products online at www.cleanyos.com on 7-14-20, paid via PayPal (merchant was *HANTINGSHAN). Credit Card attached to my PP account was charged $61 on 7-15-20... which caused me suspicion for the additional amount. PayPal activity for this charge shows a (bogus) tracking number that was mailed from Illinois on 7-1-20 (14 days PRIOR to my ordering the Lysol products) and "delivered" on 7-10-20 (again, 'supposed' delivery was made PRIOR to my ordering). There was also no contact method attached to the PayPal Seller/Merchant's name. I received no email confirmation of order (luckily I took a screenshot when the order was finished), and when I tried to sign in to my account on their website (www.cleanyos.com) today (7-15-20), it would not let me sign in, nor could I get an email when I clicked "Forgot Password" link - in effect, I had no account. Submitted PayPal dispute, but it appears from reading others' complaints regarding this Merchants charges from PayPal, that PayPal does nothing about the charges and allows them as being legitimate. This is NOT a legit business, and they are scamming hundreds of people out of thousands of dollars. Have filed a dispute against the PayPal charge with my credit card company/bank.

This online website offers Lysol cleaning products at very reasonable prices and does not deliver.

I ordered some Lysol items and received and email about my purchase. the next day I received a tracking number and when I tracked it it said it had been delivered. I tried emailing the contact address ([email protected]) which they never replied. Then contacting them through their website number which just sounds busy all the time. i tried contacting the email on their website and it sent me an email back saying it wasn't a valid email address.

my loss was of 62.00

This is a site that is offering Lysol products, the site allows you to create an account taking you personal information for billing and shipping, it only uses Paypal as payment method, the charge to your account comes with different names not related at all to the site.

Paypal is not taking action and still allowing payments to this fraudulent site, there is no response from Paypal to all the people scammed, Bank and Paypal do not cancel the charge even when this is in a pending status. In google, the site appears in the first results.

It is so concerning as the fraud still live taking more money of the people.
