I was looking for Chlorox Disinfecting Wipes online and was directed a website that looked like a legitimate Chlorox site because it had photos of actual products but after placing an order for $91 and asked to pay through Paypal, I noted that it was sent to a MARYJALBRO with phone number 4029357733 in CA. I never received the products. I immediately contacted my credit card company (a GAP card) but they were no help and did not stop payment even if I contacted them immediately while the payment was still in pending status. I was still responsible for the $91.

I was searching the web for lysol disinfectant spray. I ordered the lysol and several other items because it appeared to be a legitimate US site. Once I clicked on paying method, chinese writing immediately flash across the top of the screen. Received a tracking number and once I checked on the number, it showed delivered at or around the mailbox and supposedly delivered by USPS. Never received the merchandise ordered.

Fraudulent site. Advertised Lysol products. After trying to make a purchase. Site stated purchased failed. 2 purchases where made using my paypal account totalling $101.00. PayPal has a separate emails of each purchase. Unable to contact company phone number not in service, email comes back undeliverable, address belongs to another company.

Company going by thaclean.com and is fake. Made purchase thru PayPal so thought it was a real business. What really gets me is I feel PayPal is going alone with this scam. The first complaints came in on July 14th and for me on the 19th PayPal is still allowing to scam consumers.

I bought cleaning supplies from Cleanyos. When I tracked the purchase and delivery, it stated that it was shipped 7/9/2020 and we didn't purchase it until 7/11/2020. I looked more into it and there are many complaints from people at the BBB. When I inquired more, it is a company based in Malaysia. They charged us for the cleaning supplies and sent nothing! Please do not order from this company!

The advertise lysol products of all kinds at good prices. They have a US based address showing on their map for the contact us section. The email does not work. The email for paypal correspondence does not work. You will not get an invoice or confirmation after ordering. They appear on wanting people's info including payment info. Now they have my paypal credit card.

Please do not fall for their cheap prices on their website. It is a scam!!!. I ordered Lysol from their website and like a big dummy purchased over $50 to receive the free shipping (otherwise it was $35). I placed my order through PayPal and received notification that the funds would not come out of my account until the order is processed. I checked back on the website for three days straight to check the status. The first two days, the order showed processing and the funds were removed from my account (I'll get to that later). After the third day, I checked again for the status just to see approximately when my order would arrive. Guess what? My order was no longer showing as being processed, it was not located in the history but items were placed in my cart (not even what I had ordered) as though I didnt purchase anything. I have tried contacting the company by phone and email but the phone line is constantly busy and my emails were returned as undeliverable. Now to the funds - my order receipt was for $65 dollars but out of my account they deducted $75.74. I have reached out to Paypal for a refund, hopefully I will get my money back.

I ordered 52.00 worth of house hold supplies. My account was immediately charged. I then did a search online and claims of fraud came up. The email provided is not valid. The number to customer service was not valid.

The company cleanyos.com advertises all Lysol products. Their website is misleading because it looks almost exactly to the real lysol.com website. They offered PayPal protection on purchases and free shipping through DHL if orders were over $50.00. My order came to 53.66, but they immediately took out $61.70 from my bank account which is linked to PayPal. The money was not paid to cleanyos, but paid to a Adelita Martinez. I got suspicious because I never received a tracking number and who was Adelita Martinez? The address this fake company uses belongs to Little Tikes Toy Manufacturer. The bogus phone number and fax is listed under UTO Toys and no one answers the phone. You get a busy signal when you call. So far, no help from Paypal and I'd like my money back!
