Ordered from this company cleaning supplies used PayPal to pay PayPal refuses to give me my money back because they say the item was shipped there using a fake shipping number it shows it was shipped on the same day it was ordered you never received the product and you can’t get a refund because they’re using a shipping tracking number that they’ve got from someplace that shows it was delivered to you but yet you’ll never received the product and PayPal won’t do anything about refunding because it shows it was shipped

I was looking for Lysol products and came across a website: www.cleanyos.com that claimed to sell these products. I purchased some items closing out with a total of $54.41. It directed me to the page to pay through PayPal and that’s where I put in all my debit card information and concluded my order. I then got a confirmation through email that the payment went through that same night. The next morning I was emailed the tracking information, however when I clicked that it said my item had already been sent out on 07/08/2020 and then delivered in my mailbox on 7/11/2020. This would be impossible because I placed the order on 07/12/2020 so there shouldn’t even have been any shipping history until after that date. I tried to call the number listed but it will not even ring, it says “Call Unavailable”. I also noticed the name that the payment was sent to, changed to a different name. There is no way to cancel anything, nor a way to contact anyone on that site.
