I went through this property company trying to rent a apartment they charge me $73 for the applications. After that I gave them all the information needed to rent the property that is pay stubs leases payment histories etc. The owner was very rude they only show me one apartment I even had a cosigner that had all the work experience 20yrs and they had fair credit and still was denied. A few other people applied that I know to there apartments and all they did was took their application fee and then didn't correspond with them nor give them an apartment either. And he just kept showing just one apartment he said there's other apartments for rent but just kept only displaying that one apartment for each person who applied so I'm assuming that's the bait apartment. I also feel it is strange that the owner claims to be in service of 40 years but yet is not connected to BBB. I also feel that its unfair to ask people for all the requirements just to still deny them. It's hard enough trying to look for a place and it's even harder when you're a disabled person.
