I purchased a set 3 weeks ago, it has not arrived. I commented as well as emailed the 24/7 help line, no response comments deleted. It was a PayPal purchase so hopefully I will be able to have them refund the payment.

I ordered a set over three weeks ago. The name on my bank statement isn't even what's listed on the site. I've tried multiple times to get in touch with someone via email leaving comments on more than one post and still nothing. I started warning other that it was a scam and not to order and now I'm blocked from the group and sending messages.

I ordered a stroller set on 03/22/20. I did not receive confirmation so after 2-3 days I sent an email to the email address listed on the web portal but still no response. I reached out to the company via post and was assured that item was on its way. When I asked for a tracking number or confirmation, my post was deleted and I was blocked from web site. Please do not use https://vip.zoneskyt.com/ or Claude Club listed on FB.

The same thing happened to me. O was blocked from the website as well. I'm now going through the refund process though PayPal.
