I ordered a swimsuit which I spent a lot of time choosing because they seemed to have a large selection. A month later I received two swimsuits that I did not order and are very ugly with cheap material. They are a bunch of [censored]s. I’ve been emailing with them and I got the “oh sorry but the one you ordered is discontinued. If you like the ones you received you can keep them or give them away! They used the excuse that oh it is too expensive to send to China! So sorry! I’m really disgusted with them. Every day is a different negotiation. Started with them wanting to keep the order ( the ugly swimsuits) and they’ll refund 10%. Not kidding. So by the time it got to 50% I told them I will speak with BBB and don’t rule out legal action. Then the refund ordered was 80%. So I said 90%. They said ok 90%. Whether I ever see the refund or not, I really want to warn people. They do not show on the site that it is China. They make it look very much like it is a western enterprise and this is misleading and they are defrauding the customers.!

Ordered 2 swimsuits on May 17th. To this day, the order status is still “awaiting shipment”. I have emailed back and forth with them 6 times. Playing games saying they don’t see my order or will gladly refund something crazy like 20%. BEYOND angry. At this point I’m sure I’ll never see an order at all or as so many of you have posted, I may just get some random thing I never ordered. Website looked professional but from their replies, they are uneducated and may not even speak English. I’ll never buy online again unless I google the website and read reviews first.

I ordered 4 dresses and a bathing suit on May 9. The dresses were gorgeous and high low style . I spent over $180
Yesterday I received a box and the bathing suit was right .
3 ugly dresses I never ordered . Not even close to the ones I purchased .
This is very frustrating and upsetting . The events are this summer and I’m just disgusted with this experience. I sell clothes online w integrity and I buy from many vendors for my remote business. I’m so mad . I better get my $ back .

The worst experience ever.After 2 months of waiting I received 5 items ( very ugly ) that I never order. I think they d'ont understand english after 5 emails they still d'ont understand that it's their mistake and I want my money back.Their last email said I should give those items to a person who may need it. ( too awful for that ) or they can give me a refund of 40% ! NO WAY !
Still fighting...Thes are really hoaxes and fraudsters.

I paid over $60.00 and was disappointed to see they sent me random items I didn’t even order, and in the wrong size. When I questioned about it, I was offered some ridiculous offer. This isn’t a negotiation, I want my order corrected, or get a full refund including shipping costs. This so called company is a joke, I’ll be sure to warn others about them! I will contact the BBB, and they can speak with my lawyer if they wanna keep trying to rip me off. ?

Worst experience I have ever had. I have had to negotiate trying to get my money back for over a month now because they sent the wrong items, then proceeded to tell Me it was because they were out of stock of what I bought even though it’s on the website, and they are saying it is too expensive to return my money because the products came from China! Then they proceeded to tell me to pay to return the items to China and that I would only receive 50% of my money back. Absolutely insane! Worst experience ever!

ordered 30 days and no delivery yet. i send emails with the order number confirmation and screen shot.. they reply back not having found the order! and twice!

Totally bad experience in took 2 month to received my item I probably sent 15 emails to get info on my items. It took them generally 3 days to get back to me sometime wouldn't even bother. And me to other two bikini never received what I other then when I ask for a refund they started by offering 35% then 40% and finish with 50% I told them this is unacceptable so my bank is aware, Visa and the fraud department. I have only a few days to wait for so resolution BUT ... please don't buy from them there are scarmer. See pics of my order and what I've received ?

I went online to order a paint by number. I decided on buying a canvas paint by number painting with a frame from classyswimsuits.com. Payment was made electronically and taken out of my account via PayPal. I never received any further information from the company. It has been more than 15 business days since I placed my I order and I have reached out to the company through e-mail at [email protected], with no response. When I search for this website on Facebook I saw that a few other women have paid for products in the website which they never received, and have also not been able to contact anyone from classyswimsuits.com,
