I saw ads for this website on Facebook and Snapchat. I ordered one item from them, I was told 5-25 business days for shipping. When I did not receive ANY info within two weeks I contacted the website. I got a prompt response, but was told with every email the same thing. ‘Factory delayed deliver, restocked in two days.’ Every two days I contacted them and was told the same thing. I was told only 5% of my order would be refunded if I cancel. I continue to wait but feel as though I will never receive a product.
