Rented a car through VIP CARS WHICH used Classique car rental outside of Jacksonville Florida airport. They were really low priced (shouldve been my clue). They seemed to have a legit booking process and stated car would be picked up at airport. The following correspondence said it would be a shuttle to take me to rental business just outside airport. Shuttle arrives. Driver knew of this place but said no one would be there but he'd take us even though Classique wasn't his scheduled stop. His stop was a business inside the same building Classique supposedly had a rental agency located in. upon arriving, no one at desk, no number to call. a lady at another desk gave me a copy of two phone numbers hand written on a sticky note and she said sarcastically "good luck with that" referring to contacting anyone. Thankfully the shuttle driver did not leave us stranded at the location and took us back to airport. I did receive a call finally once back at airport from a guy saying he would send me an "e " signature form for payment , I could sign and go back to the unoccupied business and pick up the car. I said no way. no one was even there yet he insisted the "keys" would be there. Who knows what they're trying to do, scam money and hope you just forget about it. Get you to an obscure location and rob you? called the VIP car rental company which was the website I went through and the agent said he would refund my money. I haven't been able to verify it has been refunded as of uet
