I had the same experience at the poeple above in purchasing Bella. I fell in love with her pictures and the video of her playing. (I believe Luna was one of the other shih tzus on the website.) I did pay a company for a background search and it found nothing. I also followed up with a person who had posted his experience with Classic Shih Tzu -- a good response. I went ahead with the purchase and experienced the "crate charge" which I did not fall for. I searched for the UShip website and the only one I came up with was the one listed above. The customer service representative was very helpful and she referred this instance to the appropriate department in the company. If I remember correctly, UShip has had issues with companies using the same name.

Scammer alert

My client found Mr Claude on the internet and tried to purchase not one but 2 of his puppies. His cashier check was for the amount of 1360.00. They sent him a contract which to me looks real but I guess you can get a contract just about anywhere nowadays. Anyway they wanted him to send a amercian express gift card or zelle he wasn't comfortable with that neither was the bank so cashier check is what he did. He told me about and I looked up this man information and found all kinds of bad reviews on him. My client is now in the process of trying to get his cashier check stopped so he is not out of 1360.00 dollars. This is wrong on all levels these people should be stopped.

I was scammed by someone I believed was a reputable breeder. The website was classic shihtzu home. I purchased the puppy with two American Express gift cards. The scammer had me take pics of the cards, and when the puppy was delivered, I was to mail them the cards. After doing what he asked, I was then contacted by the transit company, Uship, saying I needed to send more money bc the crate that my puppy was in, wasn’t sufficient.

So it wouldn't let me file a complaint so here is my story.

My client a veteran was scammed out of 1360.00 to buy not one but 2 of these puppies. He is trying to get all of the cashier checks stopped. But here is the thing these people are horrible they should be stopped. There has got to be something someone can do to keep them from doing this to people. I pray my clients gets his money back because this is so wrong on so many levels.

On Dec. 30, 2021. we picked out "Luna", were sent a contract, and told to purchase. 2 American Express gift cards from our local CVS. Total cost ( including activation fees) totaled $592. Then instructed to send photos of gift cards and the receipt. Needless to say, the puppy never arrived and we were out the money! BUYER BEWARE is all we have to say!

Don’t trust this fake website! They are absolutely despicable and disgusting scammers! Do not send the money! They pretend they have Shih Tzu Puppies but do not peers please note they offer a [censored] sues at $580 when they normally go for 3000+ dollars

LOOK OUT FOR SCAMMERS FROM CLASSIC SHIHTZU HOME. THEY DON'T HAVE ANY PUPPIES. THEY WILL NEVER SHIP ANYTHING FOR YOU. THEY WILL COME UP WITH ALL KIND OF EXCUSES TO GET MORE MONEY FROM YOU. EXAMPLE BELOW:

Your puppy was tested and confirmed for delivery with a comprehensive exam and treatment. Also your shipper brought along an Ownership document, Feeding recipe, Vet check papers, Registration papers and a Health guarantee document.
Due to the fluctuation in temperature, and taking into consideration that the weather condition; precipitation, humidity and wind condition is completely different from where the puppy was born and where it is travelling to, its normal and certain that this changes can strongly affect your puppy. Also, we need a secured crate that would prevent your puppy from getting any possibility of COVID-19 exposure.

We wish to notify you that, the Basket crate that the puppy was brought in to our local facility wasn't an airline approved crate as per our new shipping policy for COVID-19 safety. The seller brought the puppy inside a wooden basket crate which isn't Kennel approved for shipping. I spent 580$ to get a pet included shipping. Once shipment started, they kept asking for money on different stage. The puppy supposed to ship in one day and it has already been 3 days. I lost 5K total in this process. They asking to do Zelle transfer and then asked to buy giftcards and send them the pictures front and back of the giftcards. This is a total scam! please do not use this website to purchase your puppies.

I inquired about one of the puppies on the site that was for sale, they sent an email stating the puppy was still available, etc. Sent a puppy contract for me to sign and listed payments they accepted. Asked for closest airport, my name and address. I sent them my name and address however I had questions about payment so I sent them an email asking if they accepted credit cards which they didn’t and expressed the fastest & best way to pay them was with American Express gift cards and told me where to buy them and in what amounts, etc. I went to purchase the cards and as I was paying for them on the screen it asked if someone was asking me to purchase them. I said no but I thought about it and decided to do more research online in regards to this website. I looked up the Better  Business Bureau which had links to pet scammers and this website for the puppies was on that site as a pet scammer.

Everything looked ok, AKC verified stated on their site and contract. Sent texts and emails, answer all our questions and sent pictures and video of the puppy. Was being helpful and not pushing for the order. So never thought it was a scammer. Sent my signed contract and to pay for it had to use cash app which I did not have one and I downloaded it so when it did not approve it, it said because being a new member and amount that is why it was declining it. So Antonio Adams (which it’s not a real name) said we would have to pay by American Express gift cards. It was a sad day when I found out we were not getting our puppy and we’re scammed.

Received contract for to purchase puppy for $580 in two separate gift cards ($300 for deposit and $280 sent after delivery). As stated above, did not receive puppy or response for refund. I researched thoroughly since AARP mentioned in an article which referenced puppy breeders. I even followed up on a review via email and they indicated they were pleased with his service as well as one of their neighbors purchasing one. Please help recover my money and warn others to be aware of this Breeder.

This site advertises Shih Tzu puppies for sale. They state they have another litter about to be born (near Christmas) so they are discounting this litter 40% which makes the purchase price $580 and they will ship by air to you for free if needed. They seemed very legitimate until we received the contract and they kept talking about shipping our puppy by air after we told them we could drive to pick the puppy up in Pittsburgh at their home as their website suggests you do. Then they asked us to send the money via CASHAPP or by American Express gift card purchased at CVS or Walgreens. This caused us to pause, as it seemed weird. We had asked if we could drive up to Pittsburgh in two days with cash in hand to meet them and the puppy. We have not received a response on this only the contract asking us to send payment via the other way. This is when we contacted the ScamPulse.com to speak to a specialist who told us it was a scam. Needless to say we are heart broken but grateful we are not out $580 and still not have the puppy we were hoping to have this week. If it seems to good to be true, it usually is. Please shut this site down!
