I ordered a t-shirt that I won for free after answering questions. All I had to pay was shipping which was 9.99. This company charged me 32.98. Charged for a t-shirt I didn't want. Had their "no thanks" offer print so light I couldn't see it. I emailed them immediately and asked for my money back because all I wanted was the shirt I won, and Gerald, the Community Manager told me they would only refund just 9.99. Charging 19.98 for shipping and 12.99 for a shirt I didn't want nor ordered as I explained to him. I want my money back. All they were due is 9.99. And I only wanted the free t-shirt, period.
