Classmates uses false practices of informing their member of new visits and that someone is trying to get a hold of you. Once they have your payment they sign you up with automatic payments. I spoke with customer service and was told that this was taken care of in April 2019. I was billed in July and now in October. Each payment is higher. When I tried to get the problem resolved they did nothing except to tell me that I can use their service for another 3 months. I am concerned that they have my finacial information and use it to ther advantage.
