Frances Clark charged me $500 to cut down one limb. I told her she could leave limb in my yard. She said they charge $500 per hour, even for one limb. This particular limb prevented the City of Austin from reconnecting my electricity from ice story on 2-1-23. I was desperate to get my electricity back on, she knew this, and I was in a bind. I feel like she took advantage of my panic state.

This was on 2-8-23.
