Fake Women’s Clark Shoes

Ordered what I thought were a pair of Women’s Clark Shoes advertised on Facebook. The ad had the Clark label that I am familiar with and talked about the good support they provided. When I received the shoes 13 days later they were cheap plastic, no support whatsoever, and no Clarke label inside them or on the sole, and they were also too big. There was an email. I received an email from “Orthopedic Shoes” that the shoes had been delivered and if I had any questions to contact them via email at [email protected]. I emailed them and told them that the shoes were too big and I needed an address to return them as I wanted a refund. After multiple emails back and forth asking me to send them photos of the shoes and the packaging they finally sent me this email “ Hello, I'm sorry to bring you unpleasant shopping experience, full refund needs to take care of the freight of the goods returned, the return process will take a long time, in order to help you solve the problem as soon as possible, we will apply for part of the maximum refund for you, you can keep the goods”. I emailed back asking how much the refund would be and they said 10%, which of course I don’t expect to get. My guess is that these are Chinese made and that I am probably communicating with someone overseas. My fault for not being more wary because there was no phone listed for questions on the ad and should have known that I should have been more cautious since it was a Facebook ad.

This business poses as "Clarksonline" in a Facebook ad, and uses the real Clarks logo. I ordered a pair of shoes, which were shipped from China. They were of poor quality and were too big. When I tried to email the company for a return at the address given, my email bounced back as non-deliverable. They did not supply a phone number or any other way to reach them.

I have also contacted the real Clarks shoe company with this information.
