We’d like to clarify that while you requested a return address and refund, we hadn’t yet had a chance to respond before you proceeded to send the return. Your first message came in just 13 hours ago, and the return confirmation was sent only 4 hours later — before we could provide the correct return instructions.
As noted in our refund policy, all returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia, and the return shipping address on the original package is not valid for returns. Unfortunately, we cannot process a full refund for items returned to the wrong address.
That said, we want to support you in the best way possible. Please let us know if you'd like to consider a partial refund of 15% without the need to return anything further — we're happy to make this as smooth as we can.
