Clarkson Limited is 100% a scam. The scammers seem extremely legitimate. I applied for a remote position online and was contacted by them. At first i was skeptical because the email address was very vague and not specific. ( [email protected], [email protected]). After doing research online i found they were a credible company that was registered in the state of Oregon. When putting the companies registration number (1873983-92) in the Oregon business registry (https://sos.oregon.gov/business/Pages/find.aspx) i found the business was registered under an agent and was not an actual business but a scam. The address of the business registered is for a facility that is on sale on the market and is not vacant. They contacted me with different emails with every response. The dashboard that i supposedly had to use to work on looked like a 5th grader made the website. They will try to make you fill out a W4 to acquire your social security number and will also ask for your banking information for direct deposit. They supposedly don't send checks. Cleary red flags that this is obviously a scam. im reporting this because the company seems very legitimate and i can see a-lot of people getting affected by this because this is a top tier scam that was well thought out and a-lot of effort was put into it. please be careful who you give your information to and remember to always do intensive research.
