Scammer called our main office line and identified themselves as Clark Public Utilities. They claimed our business account with them was past due and delinquent and if we did not get current we would have our power cut off in 30 min. I was asked to call an Emily Johnson at 800-355-4232 x2311 as the floor supervisor on duty in Billing Dept. To take care of this. They said I had to pay immediately and if there was a mix up that our paymetns had been incorrectly applied to another account and they would investigate this. I said our account was current and we never received any past due notices which they claimed 2 were sent to us. When I was transferred to a Robert Green he wanted a credit card to take care of payment. I asked for his supervisor and he said he did not have one. That's when I hung up.
