I ordered some Halo Couture hair extensions from Michelle Clark of Clark & Co Salon recently, because this salon was listed as an authorized vendor from the company's website. When I finally got to see the extensions after multiple delays, they were fake. Halo extensions are high quality human hair and the hair I was given was poor quality and definitely not human hair. There was no brand tag on the inside of the extension band either. The box it was given to me in was a box for a different type of extension that the company offers ("The Fall"), and was torn in multiple places. She tried to sell me these for $440.00. Realizing these were not authentic, I told her I would like to try a different size so I could put her off and report this. Thankfully they didn't charge me up front so I did not lose any money. These extensions are very expensive and what is going on here is very wrong. These people need to be stopped. I have reported this to the Halo Couture company as well.
