I saw this Company on the Internet as a pop up advertisement. I noticed that they offered free samples, all the consumer had to pay was S&H..Of no more than approx..$5.00 so I entered my information and gave my debit MasterCard for this purchase. I noticed my account had been charged twice in Jan..Adding the amount to $363.98..One withdrawal was $89.54 and the other $92.45.. the Company used this name upon withdrawals: Tydollr/JMR..I Never received any more product But the sample..I then called their Customer Service to complain they had no right to use my credit card to retrieve any money without my permission. The guy named Jerrod stated I was contracted and obligated now and just for that.because when I inserted all my information including my credit card.I would be charged the full amt of my sample.and other pending Automatic orders.I told him No.he couldn't do that.And that I wanted to speak to his supervisor, following his anger and arrogance..I told him I would report him and his company to the BBB.i then called my bank and closed my acct.nit before explaining my situation.i then called Clarasoft again trying to retrieve my money and spoke to a Liz, who assured me I'd be refunded..But when she Emailed me the confirmation it did Not specify an Amount it a confirmation or tracking number. When I asked Why..She got very angry with me.and complained she had spent almost an hour trying to convince me..this was a terrible experience. I'm on a fixed income a Senior citizen, with Medical problems..I Also tried to Google the Address, and it showed it was located within a Mini Mall.with a Construction Company in that suite number..I feel I was scammed..
