Same experience with [email protected]. I was looking then for an English bulldog, I saw her post and immediately communicated with her through the email she provided. She made me believe also that she just moved to Cameroon and explained the reasons to her child why she is giving away Deco, the name she created for the dog. She said she will be giving Deco with complete puppy package with all the toys, beddings, etc. I informed her of my excitement of having Deco but I’m more concerned with the time travel of Deco which according to her will take about 2-3 hours travel through air from Cameroon to my place. I informed her of the consequences of transporting snub-nosed breeds and the non-acceptance of the said breed in domestic as well as international flights due to their susceptibility to heat and stresses. She still insisted telling me that she will be transporting the dog in an air-conditioned crate and all I need to do is to make a promise that I will be taking care of deco and pay for the shipping fee amounting to 13,500 Php through Galaxy Express Logistics. She then booked deco through GEL and provided the travel document which appeared to be so real. The courier called me and informed me of the pending payment of Decos shipment. The courier suggested Western Union and Moneygram for the payment using the name Kevin Chan Nambo, with the address Cameroon Douala, 00237. I went to several Western Union banks but my payment was not accepted because of the “Red Flag”/ “Red tag” status of the area I am sending and I thank Western Union for that. I informed the courier about the red tag status and according to them there is no problem with western union and moneygram and claimed to have served several clients in the Philippines and even said of providing me proof from other clients but I have not received one. The courier then continued to make calls even beyond office hours and unholy hours informing me to make payment for the shipment of Deco through Gcash under the name of Andrea Cruz with cp no. 09619006747 which again is quite suspicious. I tried to review back the Facebook post where I got the email add of Ms. Clara and quite surprised with the many breeds, she posted for adoption all posted in the same dates in a newly created page (November 4, 2020). The page posted or perhaps created by only one person using different email add is not reliable.

I had a similar experience whereas Clara Flores Jones was under the name [email protected]. She made me believe she was a middle aged woman living in Cameroon who’s daughter was very fond of the puppy I wanted to adopt (a King Charles Spaniel). She even gave the pet a name and just wanted to give her out because she thought I would give her a good home. She made the same story that she will fly the puppy to my location, saying it will take just 3 hours. I google distance from Cameroon to my location and it was more than 9 hours. I then searched the number she had given and turns out she had posted ads with the same email address in classified websites all over the world! With breeds of different kinds, all puppies and all posted at the same time and all with similar generic captions that they’re KC registered, loving temperaments and family bred dogs. Over email when I asked her for very specific information about the puppy she didn’t reply. Then I read up about pet scams and it all made sense. She was asking for $300 dollars, telling very believable lies

So i really wanted to have a baby pomeranian i did search online and begun exchanging email with her. She really got my attention, she said that she needs someone to adopt her puppy and even send me pictures! Which i freaking found the same pictures online, she was asking 12,000 pesos for the shipping of the puppy and even send me certificate of adoption it really made me believe we even chatted on facebook. I was really curious because she said that shes from cameroon but her facebook states shes from manila philippines and i started to become curious and did some research until she emailed me that shes done with the papers and the puppy is ready to ship and then this [email protected] even emailed me to pay to western union and moneygram to PRASAN PHOCHAN. Then i did some research about pet scams. Thankfully i wasnt able to pay 12,000pesos
