Today, after a significant delay, my tracking details have finally been updated by your company, revealing that the jewelry I ordered is being shipped from China rather than from Claire, the artisan your website claims creates these pieces. This lack of transparency is misleading and should have been clearly disclosed at the time of purchase—not after the item had already been shipped.
Given these discrepancies, I respectfully request the immediate cancellation of order #*****. A dispute claim has already been filed with my bank regarding the charges to your business, and I have reported this matter to the Better Business Bureau due to concerns about deceptive business practices.
As the package has not yet been delivered, I will refuse delivery when it arrives or indicate to the courier I am declining it, however, I expect a confirmation of the cancellation at your earliest convenience.
