Received text message from Citizens Bank. I am not a Citizen's Bank customer. The text requested that I call the help desk at 617-861-3751 now - urgent notification. I called the number and it answered 'Citizen's Bank' and referrenced the text message. It said there was a problem with my debit card and eventually asked for my social security number. I hung up. I called Citizen's Bank and verified that this is not a Citizen's Bank number.
