This is company goes by the name pegasystems they will contact you through text message about a job that you did not apply for. Then they will tell you to have a convention without showing identification on zoom. They will then send a $4,000 check and tell you to deposit it in your bank account and send money through zelle and block you after they have received the money the check will bounce and you will be left with a negative amount of the exact check they sent you

I just experienced the same thing today. Thankfully I read this message before I went any further. He got basic information form me like name, birthday, address. He gave me interview questions through WhatsApp. I ended contacting the recruiter through LinkedIn and he let me know that this was a scam. I will destroy the check once it comes in the mail.

Hey Anon,

Could you tell who reached you out from pegasystems and what for the check was sent? Was it for "to purchase working materials from Vendor?" If so, I think the same thing is happening with me. I was suspicious of all these things and wanted to some research. Glad I found your post.
